The Preidlhof's gourmet autumn is the most extensive stage the house can build for its culinary standards: seven nights between mid-October and the end of November, framed by winemaker visits in the Vinschgau and the surrounding growing areas. The local Naturns Riesling supplies the thematic anchor — tasted directly at the producers and honoured in a Riesling gala menu of the house.
The kitchen carries three Gault-Millau toques; alongside the Riesling gala menu the programme lists a classic Törggelen evening with South Tyrolean specialities and a mountain-wine tasting. The Preidlhof vinotheque with more than 400 labels is open daily for house guests — the house sommelier leads tastings of his own. In parallel the 5,500 m² Preidl Spa opens: a thermal pool with healing water from the house's own Bad Kochenmoos spring, a Sauna Tower over six floors and the new infinity rooftop spa. Adults only — the concept is part of the house, not a seasonal marker.
