3-day pampering programme

The Hotel Oswald is a family-run four-star-superior house, a member of Relais & Châteaux, situated on the edge of Kaikenried — immediately on the Bavarian Forest Nature Park. After the last structural extension in 2014 the house has around 4,000 m² of spa and sauna landscape, among it a rooftop pool (5 × 15 m, 32 °C, with a view of the Bavarian Forest mountains), an XXL sky whirlpool and a wellness garden with lounging islands for the warm months. The kitchen includes a butchery of its own — unusual for a hotel of this size and formative for the character of the menu sequence.

For the three days the personal table in the restaurant stays reserved throughout; on Monday evenings the multi-course menu is served in Bavarian dress. Guests with pampering board receive a credit of € 30 per person for the house's own gourmet restaurant — so classic Bavarian and more upmarket cuisine can be combined within the same house. Hikes into the largest contiguous forest area in Central Europe begin directly at the door.
