When does the spa open — and how long can you stay on departure day?
Early spa check-in begins at 09:00, well before the room is available from 15:00. The indoor pools are open daily from 07:00 to 23:00, the outdoor pools from 07:00 to 19:00.
On departure day the stay can be extended with the late check-out until 18:00 (subject to availability) — a full last spa day instead of a departure morning.

Getting there & parking
Postweg 3, 94244 Kaikenried — on the edge of Kaikenried, a district of Teisnach in the Regen district.
By car: A3 (Nuremberg/Passau) or A92 (Munich) to the Deggendorf exit, on via the B11 to Patersdorf, there onto the B85 towards Regen, exit Teisnach/Kaikenried — then around 3 km more.
Parking in front of the house is free; an underground garage and a charging space for electric vehicles are available for a surcharge.
