The heart of the house is an extensive wellness world: a 20-metre outdoor sports pool (31 °C), an indoor pool (32 °C), a healing-stone warm pool (35 °C) with bubble loungers, a spring-water whirlpool (36 °C) and — as a lookout — a brine whirlpool on the roof terrace (37 °C, 1.8 % salt content). Add an 850 m² natural bathing lake for swimming in soft, unchlorinated water.
Seven saunas and the forest. The sauna landscape comprises seven themed saunas in different temperature zones, among them a special event fire sauna with infusions. On the doorstep begins the Bavarian Forest with its hiking and cycle paths; Passau with its cathedral and the three-rivers landscape are a short excursion.
