Birthday getaway

One night around a birthday, with pampering board and a present from the house if the day falls exactly on arrival or departure. Early spa check-in and late check-out are included — formally a one-night package, in practice a 24-hour wellness birthday that pushes a single night into a noticeably longer experience without paying the price of two nights.

The hotel is a family-run four-star-superior house, a member of Relais & Châteaux, in Kaikenried on the Bavarian Forest Nature Park. The spa area comprises around 4,000 m² with a rooftop pool, an XXL sky whirlpool, a Finnish sauna and a wellness garden. For birthdays between April and December the leanest version of a rounded spa day for two — whoever wants it culinarily bigger can move the choice menu to “Oswald's Gourmetstube” (two Michelin stars) for a surcharge.
