The ÖSCH NOIR is the upmarket restaurant of the Öschberghof — awarded two Michelin stars for the second time in a row, head chef Manuel Ulrich. The surrounding resort sits on the edge of the Black Forest near Donaueschingen, five stars superior, with a 5,500 m² spa & gym, 127 rooms and suites and a 45-hole golf complex. “Time for Two Gourmet” is the package format cut to fit the starred restaurant.
Two nights for two, culinarily broadly set up: on one evening six courses at the ÖSCH NOIR with a corresponding wine pairing and a signed cookbook by the head chef, on the other evening a five-course pampering menu with a buffet component in the ESSZIMMER, plus a gourmet breakfast in the room as an accent.
