Mountain Spring Spa — 4,500 m² with a Japanese onsen
The Mountain Spring Spa opens water and sauna worlds spread over 4,500 m², whose high point is a Japanese onsen pool at 38 °C on the rooftop — complemented by an infinity pool, a natural bathing lake, an alpine Zen garden, a micro-salt room and sauna areas. The spa is part of the “Private Mountain Spring Spa” package, which reserves the grounds exclusively for couples for two hours in the evening.
Holistic Life — the spa philosophy
“Holistic Life” is the line in which the Hubertus organises its treatments: seasonally changing treatments (Holistic Touch for massage, Holistic Spirit for coaching, Holistic Food for nutrition). Mindfulness and awareness explicitly belong to the programme — visible in the NixTun (“do nothing”) package, in which guests swap their phone at reception for a piece of mountain cheese.
Cuisine — regional and creatively staged
The kitchen works regionally anchored, with quality products from around the world as an accent. Down-to-earth Allgäu tradition meets modern staging; evening choice menus are extended by seasonal themed evenings. Bioland-certified suppliers are standard.

From the compact single room (Vogelnest) and double room (Gamsnest) via suites of the Adlerhorst series and the Himmelreich to the Hubertus Suite Gipfelglück — plus spa suites such as Liebesnest, Murmel or Hochalp with lake access, some rooms as purist “one-offs” with a material signature of their own.
Activity programme and the Allgäu mountains
A daily free activity programme with yoga, guided hikes, workshops and occasional music events. The position in Balderschwang means: a ski area directly at the door, in summer one of the densest hiking areas of the Allgäu Alps.
